Alina Băeșan has been with ELIJAH since 2016 and is now the director of the ELIJAH Social Center Susanna in the village of Nocrich. The children come from the village and from the many small and colorful houses that ELIJAH has built with poor families.
“My job is to support the children, especially at school. Now there are fewer school dropouts. This year there is a first generation of children who have made it to high school. I’m very happy about that, I’m proud and very motivated to continue with the children. I see them growing up learning new and good things every day.”
