“My fiancee Maria has been working at ELIJAH for a while. When she told me what she does and how she can develop herself, it always piqued my interest. One day, she said they were looking for employees in the technical department, so I applied. It’s a completely different job than anything I’ve had before. The coworkers are all great, and I get along well with the managers. I like that I can learn and do so many different things. I want to reach the top and grow into many different roles. I want to learn how to guide and lead employees. There are only three of them now, but I want to be able to lead a large group.”
